چکیده
The paper considers the process of hydrate-paraffin deposits formation in oil wells. Due to research with author's specially designed laboratory equipment – an experimental installation containing a technological unit and information-measuring system, most favorable pressure-temperature conditions hydrate wide range pressure (0.1–120 MPa) temperature (from –20 +80 °C) were determined. results made it possible determine required for iron (Fe) oxides from –15 +60 °C 0 60 MPa. These are confirmed by thermodynamic calculations oil-gas-hydrate phase equilibria annulus well. Data processing was performed using methods correlation, dispersion regression analysis, which allowed comparing processes hydrates study can be used prevent eliminate plugs downhole wells, also operation mode well long-term without complications, accidents stops repair works, reduces downtime.

Formation Kinetics of Structure H Gas Hydrate
This paper investigates the kinetics of structure H (sH) formation kinetics above and below the structure I (sI) formation equilibrium curve at temperatures of between 2°C and 6°C. Methane was used as a help gas and methylcyclohexane (MCH) was used as sH former. It was concluded that in the points above the sI formation equilibrium curve, at the first, the sI forms, and then converts to sH be...
متن کاملHydrate Formation/Dissociation in (Natural Gas + Water + Diesel Oil) Emulsion Systems
Hydrate formation/dissociation of natural gas in (diesel oil + water) emulsion systems containing 3 wt% anti-agglomerant were performed for five water cuts: 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 vol%. The natural gas solubilities in the emulsion systems were also examined. The experimental results showed that the solubility of natural gas in emulsion systems increases almost linearly with the increase of press...
متن کاملThe integrity of oil and gas wells.
Public concerns about oil and natural gas extraction these days inevitably turn to hydraulic fracturing, where millions of gallons of water, sand, and chemicals are pumped underground at high pressures to crack open rocks. Hydraulic fracturing often occurs a mile or more down, far from the water we drink or the air we breathe. The focus for safety and environmental stewardship should often be s...
متن کاملEvaluation of Empirical Correlations for Predicting Gas Hydrate Formation Temperature
One of the important, practical and simple methods for hydrate formation conditionis empirical equations, and so far many empirical equations have been presented to predict thetemperature and pressure of hydrate formation. In this study, the methods and empiricalcorrelations have been reviewed and their predictive capabilities have been evaluated with ...
